JSFM can provide a CP-12 (Dual Control – AC and Heat) temporary and emergency commercial unit.

These systems and services are designed and available for:

  • FOH/BOH in restaurants;

  • Cool sensitive equipment in warehouses;
  • Cool IT/computer rooms;
  • Offices and/or stores in buildings that the temperature is monitored and controlled remotely by management;

  • Compact and Powerful features add additional comfort to your space due to excessive heat and humidity AND/OR HEAT is not functioning.

JSFM is equipped and able to provide the best COOLING/HEATING  “on the spot” solutions, meeting the cooling (and heating needs) of our clients in record time. From our air- and water-cooled portables, to our emergency service cooling rental fleet we will keep you comfortable.   These very efficient portable cooling units (and heating systems) provide temporary (rental) solutions for short- and long-term cooling and heating needs.   All that is required for the power supply is a 120v.-20amp. circuit (per unit).  *We can also provide a generator and monitoring (additional cost).    For more information, feel free to call our office for immediate pricing, delivery/setup, or if you have questions.

JSFM can provide you with emergency (24/7) delivery and set up of these units (**6 units are currently available).  We will deliver to a 30 mile radius of the Chicagoland area from our Addison, IL warehouse (including Southeastern Wisconsin and NW Indiana*** – extra charge/s apply).
